Mr. Bieber has handled both criminal and civil white-collar defense litigation, including the representation of multi-million dollar businesses, corporate executives and others accused of alleged violent and nonviolent criminal conduct.

Mr. Bieber has obtained pretrial dismissals and acquittals by juries for numerous clients charged with serious criminal activity who were facing lengthy prison sentences if convicted.

He is a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Mr. Bieber was one of three recipients of the 2005 award for South Florida’s Most Effective Criminal Defense Lawyer presented by the Daily Business Review. Mr. Bieber was one of three finalists for South Florida's Most Effective Criminal Defense lawyers in 2007. He was also named by Florida Trend Magazine as a 2005, 2006 and 2008 Florida Legal Elite under the practice of Criminal Law. Mr. Bieber was also named in South Florida SuperLawyers for the years 2006, 2007 and 2008.

Mr. Bieber has been featured in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and the National Law Journal, as well as numerous daily newspapers across the country. He has also appeared on CNN, Telemundo, “48 Hours” and Fox News Channel.

He earned his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in 1991 and his J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law in 1994.
